I remember the first time I saw the INXS video, “The One Thing” on MTV back in the 80's and thought to myself now that is one of the best bands I've ever observed. The lead singer (Michael) had the most hauntingly amazing voice and a very sexy yet classy charisma about him which became his logo of excellence and made the band, INXS such a success. He touched so many people all over the world with his incredibly energetic music and mystifying persona that he will live on forever in our hearts and minds. And just like Marilyn Monroe, Michael Hutchence has become a timeless and ageless legend that those of us who were lucky enough to have seen and heard him shall never forget him.
I thank God that such an entity existed in my lifetime. And I am glad that INXS has been given a new lease on life with J.D. Fortune, so that the songs Michael gave us can still be heard and appreciated by all.
