This site is absolutely beautiful. From the opening preface to the letters, it's all very touching. My days of listening to Michael and INXS goes back to the early 80's when i would watch MTV after high school. Over the years, I became a very big INXS fan and had the privelage to see them here in Philadelphia. i remember being terribly saddened when hearing of Michael's tragedy. Still today, I often think what would music be like with him still here writing his lyrics. Today, at forty years old, I still drive around with about 6 or 7 INXS cd's in my car. When I pick up my 6 year old daughter from school, many times she asks “ can we listen to Michael?”. We've watched many videos together, you'd be surprised how many songs she can sing word for word. Her favorite song and video is “Searching”. The video from Melbourne Australia is the video that we both love very much. I have to thank VH-1 classics for that. I taped it , and have just about worn it out by now. On a sad note, I don't have the heart to tell my daughter, Carmela, that Micheal is not around with us anymore. I know she won't take it well, or understand, so I must wait a few years. I hope this site stays around forever, and I wish the best for all of Michael's family, friends and devoted fans like myself.
