It's hard to believe that I am only 3 years younger now (in 10 days anyway) than he was then. I was just about to turn 26 then. It seems a lifetime ago, and my before 1997 seems like a different life altogether. I should be better than that now, shouldn't I? Maybe it's just this day that really brings it out. Michael was 10 days before my birthday, and Kell was 10 days after. Some years it makes me want to forget my birthday. I miss you all the time, Michael. Thank you so much for all the years of music and for your generosity. Extra love to Patricia, Rhett, Tina, Susie, and Tiger.
