Being in a rock n' roll band has been a goal of mine ever since I was a young child. Growing up through the 70's, 80's and 90's, I was blessed with the gift of being born at a time when some of the greatest rock n' roll entertainers lived and died. My parents always encouraged me to listen to anything and everything to expand my musical horrizons. I was always drawn to the front man of the band for his abilty to perform while enticing the crowd even through the television screen. I have many front man influences and Michael is one of the more important ones. I first saw Michael on MTV and was blown away. He was like a recipe for rock n' roll. He had the right look, moves, and a voice that still echoes through the hearts and souls of every INXS fan. He is someone that I think of everytime I step up to the microphone to belt out my own lyrics that I know down deep have a touch of Michael in them. I am truley thankful to have been able to enjoy Michael's talents and one day hope to have the same effect on someone somewhere on this planet like Michael has had on me. He will be forever missed. Thank you Michael. Joe
