Well, since I found out about Michael's untimely death in 97' I seemed to have just cut myself off from the music of INXS. I don't know why? I was deeply saddened by his passing. As I loved his work and his music so much. I really connected to it. I think it just saddened me to much to know that I would never hear new work from the “whole” band INXS. So it was easier just not to listen to them anymore.
Now with all the publicity INXS is getting I am feeling the truth of the matter even more. Yes 7 yrs. after his passing. What I tried to ignore is reality. So, I had a very nostalgic evening last night going through iTunes and remembering the great music. And in some strange way I have accepted his tragic death and am enjoying the INXS I grew up on. Man that was some really good stuff! I really enjoyed taking a peek at this site and remembering him and what a great artist he was. And it helped me come to peace with what has happened and has helped me move on. Now I can listen to the INXS I once knew and enjoy them again. Dance like a fool and love life. Thanks Michael and INXS for making my youth so great and making such great music! You are truly missed but always remembered. RIP M.H.
